As Pınarrex Boru ve Ekipmanları San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Pınarrex” or the “Company”), we care about the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared to inform you, in our capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), about the personal data we process through our website and communication channels.

2. Personal Data We Process

Identity data: name and surname.
Contact data: email address, phone number, company name.
Request and transaction data: product, size, quantity and request details you share in our contact and quote forms; specifications and technical drawings you attach.
CV data: the CV and information about yourself that you send through the job application form.
Transaction security data: server records such as IP address, browser information and the date and time of form submissions.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, association membership, etc.) in our forms unless your request requires it.

3. Purposes of Processing

Receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact, information and quote requests,
Preparing quotes for our products and services and carrying out sales and contract processes,
Evaluating job applications and contacting suitable candidates,
Ensuring the security of our website and forms and preventing misuse (spam, automated submissions),
Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically when you submit it through the contact, quote and job application forms on our website, or via channels such as email, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotes and sales),
It is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations,
It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (responding to requests, website security),
It is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
Your explicit consent, where required.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:

Competent public authorities upon request,
Suppliers from whom we receive website hosting, email and IT services,
Persons and organisations advising us in legal matters.

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA for form security and Google Maps to show our location; if you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through WhatsApp’s infrastructure. The servers of these service providers may be located abroad. Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation and retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. CVs from unsuccessful job applications are deleted after being kept for a reasonable period for positions that may open in the future.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information about the processing,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
Object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You can send your requests in writing, together with information that identifies you, to Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 24. Cadde No:92, Melikgazi / Kayseri or by email to info@pinarrexboru.com. In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
